Special : Intent is irrelevant 

Ability block all enemies and deal true damage equal to 8% of their max health. Target enemy is inflicted with blind for 1 turn, increased to 3 turns if skywalker che’ri is an ally

Leader: Tactical Genius 

All allies have their stats increased by 50% and gain foresight for 2 turns whenever an ally is inflicted with a debuff

Unique: Foolish Mistake

The first time he defeats an enemy out of turn, he is inflicted with exile for the rest of the battle 

at the start of battle, Thrawn gains speed and potency up for 5 turns and is inflicted with tenacity down for 7 turns

all of these effects cannot be dispelled
