Executor packs disappeared from store

Hey guys, I’ve just completed the whole 20 refreshes of executor bonus tier. I am still missing 50 shards for upgrading it to 7* and I see no packs to be purchased in the store. Does anyone know what is the problem? Many thanks in advance since the event is running 1 day per month

You could comment on the bug report I literally posted just above your comment. In general, the more that people react to these things, the more quickly they'll get noticed.

Even if you do manage to get enough of their attention, it has a 0% chance of getting fixed today, which means you're out of luck this time.

This is really frustrating. I purchased crystals to buy the pack. It was in the store this morning now it’s gone. I guess I should assume CG will mess up and check the forums first. Hopefully they will either fix it today or offer a way to not have to wait a month.

Ughhh. I also ran into this last night. Saved up all my crystals and waited a whole month because I just missed it last month. CG please allow us to do this event again before next month!!!
