As per the latest news from the devs (there has been a recent stream on twitch from cg crumb in which he briefly talked about the executor event) it looks like whatever kind of event it'll be, we won'...

Did some digging and got this as a response: "It's functionally similar to other AFM events. Refreshes, crystal pack, shard location, etc. are all basically same as with Raddus and Finalizer. Meaning, once you qualify, the only difference is the cadence being approx once/month"
