Executor without 7* capital ship?
Hi all, I just found out in my arena shard there’s a player who has unlocked executor to 5* without any 7* capital ship. I was under the assumption that may not be possible. Am I missing something? ...

It is a req for T4
But they were about start the event and do up to T3, then bought the shard packs to unlock.
