You are probably talking about ppl lower than lvl60?
Heroic can be soloed by a whale so if your guildies have say 1 whale and 49ftp which all have 1 7* toon they can make their hit and get the best rewards. ;) 50th place gives out more than 1st at T5 which doesn't give out all gear.
I have no idea where you get your facts exactly but heroic has nothing to do with this topic. And no, im talking about a guild with 6 or 7 whales everyone else having between 2 and 15 *7 characters EVERYONE above lvl 70. (Most in the upper half of the 70's. 50th place does not give out more than 1st at T5.
