Keep going with the T6. You will get the time down. Don't have whales hold back. Give enough time to get everyone in but even if you can get T6 down to 2 refreshes you can start another T6 right after. We had to stop running T5 because they ended up finishing to quick. And went on rolling T6 as soon as one was done and had the bank started another.
My guild Spent maybe 2 weeks running 3 T5 and a T6 over the weekend. Then started rolling T6.
