Faction / Character Pairing Penalties

This is more of a question for developers but do you think we'll ever see penalties when pairing with opposing factions? For example, Jedi and Sith, Rebels and Empire? Even things like pairing Han Solo with Boba Fett?

Personally I would love to see this. It wouldn't need to be so detrimental that you couldn't use the combination but that there would be a disadvantage to someone who decided to pair all of the strongest characters in the game versus someone who chose a faction based group?

The reason I ask is because we are seeing more and more positives to going all faction.

    No you will not see penalties.

    The goal of the game has been to create a sandbox where you can put characters together that wouldn't or even couldn't have been on the same team and play out battles that didn't ever happen.

    Strong faction synergies are enough. The goal in reworks, and faction passes seems to be adding very powerful faction synergy that you miss by running hamburger teams. That's penalty enough.

    They should ban players who use this character in arena, in ONE team:
    - Rex
    - DN
    - GK
    - Baze
    - Chirrut
    - Thrawn
    - Kylo
