Fallen Bastilla nerfed

Seriously, instead of fixing the challenge rancor 20% damage scaling bug, you amend something that has been around for over a year, long enough that everyone assumes it is WAI. This does not just affect PVP, it affects every aspect where bastilla is used and especially in raids. What used to be a viable P4 team just lost one key toon when the damage scaling bug isnt fixed.
