If you look at the Guild Search feature in-game, you will see many Guilds at the 100mill GP point that often have 5 or 6 spaces available.
In my own Guild (109 mill GP) we've had vacancies for the last 2-3 months, whereas before they would be filled within a week, often within days.
The title of this thread is not 'mass exodus'. It's numbers falling.
