Quick: spend millions of dollars hoping on good drops
Slow: grind him out of arena like everyone else. If you can get above and keep at least 200 in the arena you can get 10 shards a day.
If you wanna spend money (low amount) by the Sub pack to help with extra arena fights daily if you need it.
