Fastest hRancor team?

Every guild is different. No reason to think there is anything wrong with looking for a fast team based on the content of the OP.

Fastest I could find was Wiggs, CLS, Zolo, BB8 at around 6 mins.

I use Wedge (l), CLS, Zolo, Jyn and Bistan - they certainly isn't the fastest ones.

Jyn and Bistan are good at TM reduction, but they don't bring much damage. For a fast clear, you will need high damage as well. Simply removing the two from the team will probably make it faster.

(Including them minimizes risk, though, but that's not the subject here)

My team is ackbar lead cls raid han bb8 and hyoda.

It's consistently sub 10 minutes with a g10 raid han and a g11 cls doing the heavy lifting. I feel that if all were g12 and it was modded well i could slash the time required.

I use Wedge lead, CLS, Jyn, Biggs, zHan Solo - auto about 7-8 minutes.

Is Sabine useful at all? Assuming she's fast.

Her Armor Shred and frequent Expose from her Demolish should help take down the Rancor faster, right?

Her multi hits give Rancor a lot of TM and expose does very little to raid bosses.

I already have the 7* Han, so the actual solo'ing it doesn't really mean much to me, I was curious why no one uses her.

Both are around 6 mins at 4x

my CLS, Han, wampa, Hoda can do it in 6 mins, like kind of all the other teams there.
the original fastest team was Wedge, Biggs, CLS, Han. also 4 people.
