Health I have +122 on Daka (with 3 still to slice.)
Defence I have +112 all 6E.
For fastest assembled sets I have the following:
+159 (S + CC)
+148 (S + H)
+138 (S + T)
+134 (S + P)
+129 (S + H)
+122 (H + H + H)
+ 118 (S + H)
+ 114 (S + CC)
+ 113 (S + P)
+ 112 (D + D + D)
+ 110 (CD + CC)
I have another dozen or so that are between +100-110.

159-32 arrow is 127 speed from the other 5 mods so....
So your other 5 mods have 25 25 25 26 and 26 speed? That's pretty good... doesnt get much better than that.
