With the shorter lifetime of DCs it has become a lot of work to keep track of which ones I want to use with which teams, which ones will expire soon and which ones need a soon replacement.
It would really help a lot, if DCs would be available in loadouts together with the teams. This would help a lot to organize them.
Good idea, maybe they'll do that in a couple years, or if they figure out a way to monetize it even more than they already do.
They are making us renting datacrons even worse though, of course. Each month getting a new set is purely revenue-based. And having them procedurally generated doesn't help since it does ridiculous garbage like giving Vane an insta-kill attack because CG decision makers aren't gamers anymore, just revenue-chasers.

The numbers must not line up. Perhaps the time it takes for us to manage is the number they are avoiding being affected. Keeping as is may result in more time with the game app open.
The DC filter is not great.
So, historically, each DC was filtered under LS/DS because level 3 decided if it was LS or DS. But with FCDs the level 3 is irrelevant because level 3 relates to a toon. So they need to change the filtering system.
In any filter system they work on they need to allow us to pick more than option. ie. Droids, LS or Ds and then we can choose.
I wont be the only person who has filtered LS/DS on DCs and then realised there was an FCD
I'm one of the ones who has stopped bothering with DCs and my crystal income has stayed exactly the same. Crystal expenditure however has dropped quite a bit, I used to do 3x100 conquest energy refreshes during the first week until I get the red crate and 3x50 during the second week, now I just do 3x50 until I hit the red crate and then stop completely. I'm saving over 2k crystals each conquest without losing any GAC income
oh, I do think there is a return on CG’s investment: Since they introduced shorter lifetime DCs, I see significantly more of my opponents in GAC don’t even engage in farming disease anymore. This is a lost crystal or even cash spending for CG. If we were able to manage the DCs better, they would be less painful to farm and more people would engage in it again.
In GAC you need up to 30 DCs per round. Can you keep it in your head which ones are from which set and which ones need replacement next conquest?
If I could assign them to loadouts I would have it all there one page. The Datacron tab is nice, but there I can’t see which ones I planned to use for which teams.
But.. Under the Datacron tab, you have the DCS organized with the expiry date written, and once you open a datacron, above the image of the DC there is a timer in cool down format?
I agree, it would be nice.
It doesn’t have a return on their investment to develop it though, so likely a wish is where it will remain for us.
