I got old Ben recently and already level 70 4* gear 8 with level 7 leader ability. I love him as leader but somehow the leader ability doesn't give turn meter anymore on dodge and my team barely dodge. It worked perfectly fine at level 5. They need to revisit old Ben as a whole. I build a envasion around him and now his leader ability does not work.
