I had the same thing happen to me years ago. I accidentally touched a slot in the store which was 800 crystals for a bunch of Chopper shards. I tried to explain what happened to customer support and basically was told all sales are final. A simple thing like a “are you sure” popup message for any purchase would be very helpful.
Yeah. Not even worth trying to go to support. I would get better results retiring from the game :)
