Ok so luke wasn't fighting when he blew up the death star, and commander luke of.what the rebels how's not farmboy or cls not in this faction

Not sure if that solved the inconsistency. Following your logic, ST Han and FB Luke shall be RFs as well since they are not (yet) high ranking officers of the Rebellion.
At this point, when on the Death Star - both Han and FB Luke were not Rebels - Luke was with Obi and Han was just the pilot - I suppose when they then attacked the DS at the end, then they became Rebels.
