this is just sad, here's all the reasons why i can't settle on a zetavader still not at 7 stars and not geared up, plus i feel like i like my EP lead just fine for empire/sithQGj, don't have GK, or Zarriss, or Ahsoka past gear 8Yoda, or Barriss - don't have QGJ already zeta'd Phasma, Finn, Cody - don't have FO or Resistance or Clones nearly readyKylo Ren - only 5 stars and gear 8 currentlyso really im just down to, zeta Boba? - seems like such a minor improvement that i just can't pull the trigger. it's just a bit frustrating after doing all the dark side ships and zeta challenge to get some zeta mats and then not even feeling like any of the toons i have is actual worth that first zeta...shrug, no big deal, i hang in my arena around 20 every day, and for f2p i'm ok with that

I'm in the same boat....honestly I'm just going to wait a bit and keep collecting zetas. When I fall out of the Top 20 I'll revisit, but I'd like to see a few more abilities roll out before I make a decision. In the meantime, there are plenty of online videos showing off zeta abilities so you can decide which ones you like the best.

Gear up Vader first then use it on him. Pair him with EP for constant TMR and damage output. QGJ is really only good with JKA, Aayla and Yoda for his Zeta. Barriss is a viable alternative especially when facin Wiggs teams but she needs decent gear to survive since her Zeta disappears after her death.

See what zetas Nihilus and the +2 will get.

Why are so many talking about possible zeta for Nihilus? OP clearly said he is f2p and by the time Nihilus will be farmable for f2p (and actually close to 7*) he will easily have zeta mats for multiple other toons.
There is no reason to wait here, except if there is a rework for Dooku or Opress along with the event, introducing zeta abilities for them, possibly making them must haves.

Go Vader as he's relativery easy to get to G10. That's who my first will be. My 2nd I have no clue as I am in same boat as you. My Vader is 11 so slam dunk for me to zeta him first.

Because f2p will still be able to unlock nihilus and recently toons have been viable at 3/4*

I ran into this issue, and finally zeta'd Boba yesterday. I was pretty much in your situation -- QGJ and Boba were my only currently viable options, everyone else needed work. Moreover, Vader and Barris (my two likely other choices) both require carbantis, which Shoretrooper needs (and is my current gearing project), so they aren't going anywhere for a while. So I sat on my zetas until I hit 40 yesterday. The reality is that, whomever comes out, with the most game-breaking zetas ever, will take a sufficient amount of time for me to gear that I'll accumulate another full set of zetas by then anyway.

I chose Boba over QGJ, because Boba is currently on my arena team, and I don't have GK yet, or Aayla, so a good Jedi team was not really in the picture.
