There is no possible way to collect his shards and it is impossible to make him the strongest character he can be without them, could a location on cantina battles that is free or hard battles contain his shards please.

He will be added to crystal shipments in a week or two and made farmable 6-8 weeks after that- He along with all marquee toons follows the release cadence.
