First Order Officer cleanse vs Thrawn cleanse!

So I've noticed that First Order Officer's ability "Marching Orders" when maxed is a far better cleansing ability than Thrawn's "Grand Admiral's Command" who is supposed to be the CLEANSER for the Emp...

They're both good, kind of apples and oranges because there are different benefits to each. I run them together in my arena team and they're a great pair. Both fast.
