First Order Officer cleanse vs Thrawn cleanse!

So I've noticed that First Order Officer's ability "Marching Orders" when maxed is a far better cleansing ability than Thrawn's "Grand Admiral's Command" who is supposed to be the CLEANSER for the Emp...

I think you could be on your own on this one. Thrawn is a much better character all round I’d rather take the bonus protection and gain the targeted characters original TM over those 3 buffs anyway.
