First Order Storm Trooper ZETA ("Zorm Trooper!) - a very mighty ally?

@JTSM Well I'm not denying that it doesn't happen. I imagine if someone had actually seen FOTP call two separate assists before then they would have spoken up about it. I'm more just confused as to why it doesn't work that way. Each character in the game who employs a double attack with a debuff, has two separate chances to apply that debuff. Meaning that the debuff chance procs on each separate attack, and not just the activation of the ability. Logic would suggest that Phasma's assist chance would proc the same way?
