Tenacity up to resist his speed down. Better yet use a char like Poe who thrives off resists. Maybe Luke lead to complement that. So many options just off the top of my head.
Yup, in this new meta, there is no more such thing as over powered character or characters. Forget it, it's gone. One shoting is now non existent, no excuses anymore that such character is this or that.
