Fix JKR/GAS/Thrawn counter Against GL Rey

Well, since we’re apparently just “fixing” every viable counter to Galactic Legends, how come this one hasn’t been addressed? My suggestion: make GL Rey immune to Fracture.

can't the same be said for Kylo?

along with buff immunity and shock.
