Someone on Reddit beat pst-buff SLKR with CUP. I'm not even kidding.

Of course CUP wasn't essential to this team. Padme, Fives, one other 501st clone, GAS, any other GR. The AI won't use AOE / use SLKR's ultimate while Fives is alive because of his sacrifice. Everyone attacks Fives, who keeps being healed by Padme, while GAS picks the team apart. Boom.

DRM + Wat reportedly still works too. That makes 2 counters for GL gender-swapped Luke and 2 for our dear supreme leader Darth Snape. Balanced as all things should be. Now can we stop singing sad whale songs and accept that every meta has a counter? Thanks.

and watch them cater to the SLK players who complain about this counter and CG "fixes" it with more Kylo buffs to make sure he 1 shots Fives with every hit or something, instead of realizing that strategy only works because sith trooper always assists so don't run sith trooper.. and it doesn't work.

But as I've talked to a SLK owner, he doesn't want to have to think, he paid money, he just wants to win by virtue of him paying money for a character.
