Fix JKR/GAS/Thrawn counter Against GL Rey

I think my biggest complaint is the Kylo ultimate loop vs rey, which makes PvP a major pain, and the fact that rey is hot garbage in HSTR compared to Kylo. If they'd fix those 2 issues, I think I'd have less buyers remorse for rey. But as it stands I'd trade my ult rey for 80% of max towards kylo and farm the last 20% to get kylo instead.
