That's an old image. They changed it and I believe it now reads: "Flawless Victory: Defeat all enemies in TW"
OP can surely provide a screenshot.
I can see how this can be confusing or misleading. I'd guess that someone felt the old description was redundant and the words were changed with no change to the conditions.
