Thanks, that makes sense. I know fleet power can vary based on group. I just found it odd that my own guild-mate wouldn't be in my same fleet group. Some guys around me are WAY higher in power, so I've been stuck in the 20-40 range for rank. It's gonna tough to build up ships quickly when I need 85-100 shards for each.
