Fleet Commanders Imbalanced

Mostly I really enjoy this update it's been a lot of fun But I noticed the strong lack of use of Grand Moff's ship, Which I have chosen to use as I like using empire squads.

First and foremost it feels like admiral ackbar specifically and even mace windu ships are specifically designed to counter everything grand moff does. For example grand moff is strongly based on debuffs which ackbar is insanely powerful in countering. Additionlly grand moff is about damage and aggression while mace windu defensive capabilities completely override and toss aside any offense bonus and damage grand moff does.

Not to mention there isn't many ships that really support grand moff's style except vaders ship which is going to be extremely difficult for most players to aquire.

This feels so astoundingly obvious I am amazed it got past design so horribly balanced.

Need to add General Grevious as ship commander with The Malevolence being his command ship with a secret stun ability...so to speak..

*and I pretty sure I mispelled the ship's name... X'P

I'd say Nute Gunray. Grevious is a shard shop toon, and all players must have all the fleet commanders unlocked, so it can't be Grevious. Gunray right now is pointless.

Moffs ship is great when used correctly and with right ships.

This. Tarkin needs multiple ships applying debuffs to work well.

    • Vader - Permanent unavoidable irresistible target locks. Without him, consider using a different fleet commander.
    • FOTP - At max, moves twice as fast as almost any other ship, 80% chance to apply target lock on basic, and no cooldown on 2nd strongest single target ability in ships.
    • Boba - A solid attacker with decent target lock chance on his basic and an AOE built around target locks.
    • Fives - Better as a reinforcement in this fleet imho, because you won't be using his AOE until later in the fight. You can use him up front if you want, though.
    • Biggs - With all the target locks, he should be taunting for days.
    • Sun Fac - Nice tank to have waiting in reinforcements, only other self taunt (to replace Biggs when he dies).

There are definitely ways to utilize Tarkin for devastating results. Unfortunately, right now without Vader he is severely limited. It doesn't help that FOTP's unique is currently broken, so he's not moving twice as fast like he should be (putting another dampener on damage output).

Now I won't sue if you are wrong but in your experienced opinion who leads the capital ship race at the moment (if you could have any ship) and what would your 7/8 ships be. So im possibly asking is what are you working towards!?

    Thanks

Running Mace, Ahsoka, 5's, Plo Koon, Rex, Vader.
Rex giving out constant TM, Vader spreading out TL, Plo Koon making Rex Taunt and giving out TM. Once FOTF gets fixed, unique and special, I will probably try to move up from reserves.

Mostly face home ones and they spend their turns with reinforcements, try to clear debuffs and normally get weak AoE in there.
