What’s the point of the new ship if you’re locked out of your flight mafia?

With the Leviathan just around the corner, I can’t see CG taking crystals out of Fleet Arena without a massive outcry unless they make Fleets more important in GAC/TW. Maybe at some point they will, it’s one of the only mass-competitive areas of the game left since the Squad and Raid changes.
