They do mention ships and release cadence, the problem being all ships were released before this was a thing.
They will never remove ships from the store, that's how they keep things exclusive. The rotation is keeping the more desirable ships just out of reach.
Feb - July the time is nigh for some ship information. Although power ratings don't mean much my 3star tie reaper seems to be doing a bit better than before, but that could just be all in my head.

Lol probably. Shore is still 6* though - maybe tie reaper is available through fleet. And will stay there forever?
