They do mention ships and release cadence, the problem being all ships were released before this was a thing.

They will never remove ships from the store, that's how they keep things exclusive. The rotation is keeping the more desirable ships just out of reach.

I hear ya, just thought maybe they could add another row same way Chirrut occasionally pops up.
