Formal complaint
This is a formal complaint to developers. It is yet another issue with the recent broken characters.
This game is all about combos and synergy, and a lot of us understand that very well. Most toons are fairly balanced, and yes, there will be certain "must haves." Today in GW I was faced with the amazing team of GK lead, bariss, fives, and chaze. The team was outstanding and very well developed.
The issue I'm seeing is that while people complain about chaze ( and rightfully so, they are extremely OP), this combo is truly a prize for the lucky ones or the ones who drop the most money. They aren't unbeatable, just demand certain toons be used from an otherwise overlooked roster.
With that said, Bariss's zeta ability is completely broken. Even the removal of all crit chance mods, and still the team gains health by RNG ruled in their favor. I could've easily taken the team out eventually, however if have to score consecutive regular hits, relying completely on the hope that RNG allows it, which it most certainly will not. With everyone healing to such a degree the demand for smaller hits is nothing you can strategize for, and therefore unrealistic.
Developers, please recognize this and perhaps address the flaw in this design. Unless the game is headed to a massive paywall where everyone has to get ahead for zeta.
