Are we ignoring the free packs that were given out to some players seemingly at random? I looked around, but haven't seen a statement on it - I certainly could have missed it. I'm not too worried either way, but an explanation would be nice (again, it might be out there already). If there hasn't been and they are choosing to not give out the rest of the packs, that seems confusing to me. Most people got like 10 shards for a toon they don't need - so it is hardly an "expense" for them to compensate everyone, and definitely worth it for PR. I guess this is just to ask, what's going on? Hahah
