Frustrating help loop
Hi Players,
Trying to get back into the game after a hiatus.
But for 2 weeks solid now, I've been looping between EA help live chat and the in-game non-real time EA Help chat.
Even though I'm using the same Google Play account, same email, same EA account, same Facebook (used to log in previously) - my legacy data - which I also have my Player ID will not link/merge/transfer/overwrite or anything else. Only difference is new device which clearly just didn't sync properly.
They've acknowledged my legacy data exists, refuse to confirm which email it's linked to (even though I know and error messages when attempting to import).
In game support is blunt and close the chat before the issue is properly assessed, analysed, or understood. Furthermore, EA live chat provide incorrect outdated instructions on how to access in-game support.
Being told to create a ticket or case number (as apparently only I the user can) and then not having that option is bewildering.
What other processes have people used for legacy account recovery when you've got so much proof and data yet unwilling support bots who refuse to help!
