Future of Rogue Squadron

I know what it says, but what does it really mean? OR = BOTH last time.

Last time the wording on the feat was wrong but the newsletter was right. This time both feat and newsletter agree. It should be OR unless actual code is wrong. But that could never happen in swgoh /s.

There's a whole week for the feat, so if it's AND, you can try again in a future round. If you have an easier squad and nowhere else that needs CLS, you can try both this time for good measure.
