To reiterate how bad this change is, CG has now gated the best gear based on finishing top in a raid where top scores are almost exclusively determined by a section of the raid that ammounts to about 1/12th of its entirety? (Best NS squad able to go in P4 against DN)
Nothing else the REST OF THE GUILD DOES MATTERS, before or after that for the most part.
And this is meant to reward COLLABORATION?
So yeah, this is a terrible change.
Also remove challenge gear, and buff rewards for t1-6 so that the effort there helps progress players towards Heroic.
