If you are not directly impacted by it why so much whining and complaining? I get the lower tiers need rework. That is a known issue. There will always be A gap between those who dedicate time and money and those who are more casual.

There would be a lot less complaining if they would have held off on changing hSTR rewards till they were ready to fix rewards for tiers 1-6. Fix the rewards at the same time. I'm sitting here looking at the hSTR rewards as a buff to hSTR guilds. I get people are complaining that they think its a nerf, but they were getting too much as it was. But when you leave tiers 1-6 the same, you make it impossible for people eventually move up to hSTR and you ruin arena and ship shards by adding gear pieces that boost speed that only 1% of the playing population has access to.
