Because the path requires either leaving your current guild (completely unfair) or progression (fair). But the second path requires resources, and there's no help to those of us who choose the second path. The gap between hSTR guilds and non-hSTR guilds gets wider with no help to the non-hSTR guilds for progression towards becoming an hSTR guild.
