What do you mean it's broken? You are grouped up with 7 others who have very close total GP to you. Period. If the GP is vastly different, then put in a ticket because that might be a bug. Just because you have more ship power than they do does not mean it's broken. GA can also include ships, which is why your ship GP counts too.
