GAC bug or cheater

Today I got to the ship Territory with 18 points more than my opponent and on the first fight I did, got 71 banners, but the system only counted 61.

Then I did 73 banners on the second and it only counted 67. 

And finally I did 70 on the third and it only counted 65. 

I was robbed a total of 21 banners and ended up 11 banners behind my opponent (1819x1830) which also means he made an average of 74 banners in his battles. 

I know these bugs are going for a while now, but I still think it's weird just to affect one of the players and on several fights.

Did anyone got it fixed after reporting it? It's not only the crystals of this fight but also the prize diiference between ending in 1st or 2nd this event.

    CG_MeatheadIs this how the support team should address my issue? No specific investigation at all on my specific case? Just a template and close the case?

    Will this result be corrected and the correct prizes be assigned or not? Could you please escalate it?

    The system is counting reinforcement ships that do not enter battle as defeated ships. Your opponent must have not taken extra reinforcements like you did. They only took in ships that made it into battle. That’s why he did not lose banners, but you did.

    It is still a huge bug and should be fixed. I’m not suggesting it was your fault at all. It is broken.

    I had the same experience and also reported it. Total joke that this system is broken.

    CG is aware and it's not a priority for them to fix.  They had the same issue before and haven't worked it out yet.

    Even if someone else was cheating against you, the most they'll do is ban the player.  You don't get recompense because your lost crystals and resources aren't something CG is willing to go back and give you.  Even if bugs impact players negatively, they rarely do recompense unless it's something they send out to everyone.  Like we got 500 crystals a month or two ago for something?  There are so many bugs and broken things I don't remember.
