CG is aware and it's not a priority for them to fix. They had the same issue before and haven't worked it out yet.
Even if someone else was cheating against you, the most they'll do is ban the player. You don't get recompense because your lost crystals and resources aren't something CG is willing to go back and give you. Even if bugs impact players negatively, they rarely do recompense unless it's something they send out to everyone. Like we got 500 crystals a month or two ago for something? There are so many bugs and broken things I don't remember.
