Too many changes at once.
We, the players, are the reason you’re having a 10th anniversary. If it was functionally possible, you should have launched the new features without taking anything away. I quit once before when disney tried to control Acolyte reviews. I came back for my guild. I didn’t see myself leaving until Galactic Challenges disappeared. I spent a lot of time testing teams and having FUN trying weird combinations. Now, I don’t get to play with my toys. Engagement is the key to player retention. I’m giving Coliseum an honest chance and the other stuff doesn’t bother me. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars, but any incentive to spend is lost when there is little incentive to play. Bring back Galactic Challenges.
