- The skill rating mechanism means that eventually you'll end up where you belong, and will stay there. That means 50-50% win rate. You can do better only if you improve your roster more than the other players. So basically, go 6-3 each season is impossible. Keep a 5-4 consistently is impressive, and yet you will lose SR points.
- Regardless, one likes to know that his efforts pay off, and not that they are meaningless.
Bottom line is that due to the squishing it's impossible to me to climb to k1, which I really want to
- 6-3 every season isn't impossible, and keeping 5-4 isn't that hard. I was doing it for a long time until I tanked last 3v3 on purpose to drop a bit (down into K3 from bottom of K1)
- Your efforts pay off and are not meaningless. Crystals, other rewards are the payoff.
If you win enough you'll get to K1.
