Why not match people with the same GP for an example if you are between 2 to 3 mill GP u get matched with that GP instead of unfair playing field with the current system Just a thought

Just because you win doesn't mean you had fun, for example if you won because your opponent didn’t show or just did the bare minimum. Especially if they otherwise would have won.
And as the other commenter mentioned, it is not about winning.
Also, do you really want to say that, even if it were how you wrote, people should accept to have fun only half the time? Do you really think that is a good strategy for a game studio? This is a game and people play it because they want to have fun, that's the whole reason for playing a game. Guess why people stop playing games...
