Keep launching detonators on while bossk taunts and eventually she blows up, if you can’t manage it that way your gear isn’t high enough.
Still is very RNG, sometimes works sometimes not. She has to take 2 turns in a row for it to work or else she gains protection from subsequent attacks that will only fade at the end of her next turn, after the bombs exploded.
