Was this not a monthly after conquest event? Is there set dates for it?

It’s interesting, it’ll be a 6 week gap since the first one, and then 2 just weeks after that. Almost as if it was supposed to be every 4 weeks (to go with everything else in the game on 4 week cycles) and someone just forgot about it… but CG couldn’t actually be that incompetent… ?
