Sorry, but it's good communication. Here's what it says:
1) This is how Mastery works.
2) Galactic Legends will monkey with Mastery.

That's the entire post in a nutshell. You may have wanted a 2000 word essay that would have said the same thing, but I'm appreciative that they kept it brief. I watch too much hockey where coaches spend 15 minutes answering a question without saying anything.
