What's going on with the difficulty level in Galactic War lately? I've been playing daily for a year and a half now and I have numerous squads with synergy geared and powered up. I just encountered a node 3 with Chaze and Wiggs that I have to retreat from. Seriously, that is very ridiculous. Node. 3.I'd say the same issue applies to ships and arena. My guild is abuzz about this and some long time players are talking about leaving the game.BTW, if you're a whale and can breeze through GW, good for you but please don't respond to this post and say Galactic War is easy. I'm not looking for comments about how to beat Galactic War. I'm interested in feedback about the difficulty level changing recently.Thanks

I used a Nihilus, Emperor, Vader, Kylo, and Shoretrooper squad with zetas on Vader and Kylo. They took out my Shoretrooper and Emperor and then I retreated. I should be able to auto at node 3 with this squad and win without losing a toon.

It seems to be getting harder every day. My advise would be to farm and 7* all GW only characters if anyone hasnt already. By the time it gets too difficult you dont want to be stuck farming someone.

GW became a joke for me. The raise in difficulty has made node 12 supposed to be hard. But is all tanks. I sit back with barris, lumi, royal guard, Ewoke elder, and Darth nihilius. Darth nihilus just picks the last team apart player by player. It is a joke. Gw is really about how to protect Darth nihilius. Boring gw. Waste of time.

Today I got a jyn-wiggs-chaze on node 1. Easy to beat as their gear was low. I have no problem with GW, and I'm a January 2016 ftp (before you call me a whale or something).I get it with not so veteran players who don't have their rosters well developed, but really if YOU can't beat it its because you are doing or have been doing something wrong.

Was there an announcement and justification for the increase in difficulty or was it just implemented and rolled out with no warning?

it usually just means, your toons (top 5) are high power level so you fight stronger teams...
even i have fought some harder teams recently but it was also after i got a new top 5 toon (r2)

Thanks for the feedback but a powerful Chaze and Wiggs in node 3? I've never seen anything like that before.

While I haven't seen it that early, I have seen a sheer block of Nihilus comps from node 6 onward, making it pretty much a question of how many zmaul/nihilus builds does it take to make GW impossible to finish. Usually 3.... I'd love to see a chaze wigs combo... or any diversity really.

But agree the difficulty has scaled stupidly high unless you have a very... very specific team... but not sure it's ever been otherwise

I used to complete GW often with last node being sometime really difficult, or the last 3 nodes. I often manage with playing on my team composition and beat it. But now, since 2 weeks, the last node and now last 2 nodes is just team with GK with zeta Barris, and now Trawn 7stars gear11 team ... now when there is a team with GK it can take me 4-5 teams JUST to kill 1 character.. this is frustrating. Making it challenging is a thing, making it nearly impossible another
