Just gotta get their next elite character out the door.... rest of the game be darned. Oh and make you farm Mob Enforcer, CUP, ST and Eeth for it.
It's to the point now where there will never be any semblance of balance in this game anymore. They simply can't keep up with their own changes. No in depth unit testing at all.
I don't blame the devs really. This is likely forced on them.
