Galactic War "level cap"

Your not high enough level then, the cap is referring to level 85 players, to newer players, guessing your sub level 70

As far as I know, GW is supposed to grow with you. The problem was once you got to level 85 and had some G11 and/or G12 teams, you could end up facing 3 G12 CLS teams in a single GW. This was incredibly difficult for anyone without those characters or a lot of highly geared ones. That's what the cap was for, so at a certain point, GW didn't become impossible for most people at the max level to complete. Since you're not at 85, you haven't hit the cap,yet.

Galactic War has 2 caps. A level cap and a power cap.

They said they had long had the level cap implemented at 85 (so you will never fight someone over 85), but they just added a POWER cap as there wasn't one before. Now the power of teams you face will be capped at what they consider achievable shortly after you reach level 85 (not sure what that means).

The idea behind it being that the game mode should become easy once you have been max level for a while rather than continuing to be a struggle for long time players.

So what maximum power are you all seeing? I am currently seeing around 80k on node 12. Not really any change as compared to what I was seeing before. So the cap must be at least that high.
